Rythu Bharosa Unified Digital Platform (RB UDP) App designed for the use of Village Agriculture Assistants (VAAs)/Extension Staff of Department of Agriculture, Government of Andhra Pradesh, provides context-specific information based on the farmer, crop being grown, weather, soil condition, and their Geo-location.

Rythu Bharosa UDP App works in offline mode also for the Extension Staff to be able to support the farmers during the field visits even if there is no internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes the data as soon as the network connectivity is available.

Rythu BharosaUDP is built on the principles of systems of engagement and innovation. All stakeholders across the sector access the same single source of truth which keeps building on the process-driven data from soil preparation to produce marketing. It keeps on accumulating data from both fields, processes, frameworks, Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), Crop health management, Remote sensing, Weather, and all other contextual data both from input sources and operational interventions thus amassing immense data analytics possibilities through the AI engine. This platform is capable of handling the complete post-harvest cycle to maximize the value realization based on demand-driven predictive analytics.

Rythu Bharosa UDP is built on the latest open-source technologies to include a Knowledge- management framework, uniform, and context-specific information dissemination mechanism built on the principles of Systems of Engagement and Innovation.

It facilitates seamless integration with all touchpoints of the agriculture ecosystem with full line-of-sight from విత్తనం నుండి విక్రయం వరుకు (Land Preparation to Produce Marketing).

This platform also comes with a built-in SLA matrix as well as AI-based monitoring and Task generation engine to automate the entire gamut of services and events, assigning and monitoring the tasks for effective completion thus helping the authorities manage by exception.

BakerTillyJfc Info Tech Private Limited built the RythuBharosa – UDP Agritek Mobile App for the staff of Department of Agriculture (DoAg), Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP). This app is strictly for the staff of DoAg only. This SERVICE is provided to support the DoAg staff in performing their regular activities and discharging their duties effectively and to extend their services efficiently to the farmers of the state.

This privacy policy governs the use of the mobile Appthat is made available on Google Play Store. The contents published on this Application were provided by the concerned Departments of Agriculture, Government of Andhra Pradesh or its allied Government establishments. This information provided through the mobile application may not have any legal sanctity and are for general reference only, unless otherwise specified. However, every effort has been made to provide accurate and reliable information through this application.

This Application is designed for the use of Staff and DoAg staff of GoAP only as approved by the DoAg. This Application collects/provides role-based data access and analytical dashboards pertaining to Agriculture operations and services.

This document is used to inform VAAs and extension staff of GoAP regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at RythuBharosa - UDP unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

User Provided Information

The Applications may obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is mandatory as the app contains and provides access to sensitive information of farmers and may also include their personal information, Unique IDs, mobile numbers, asset details, bank account details, their email IDs. Therefore, only registered and authorized users of the DoAg are allowed to login to the app.

When you register and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide when you contact us for help and (d) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and other details.

The information you provided may be used to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information also for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of application and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

When you visit the mobile application, it may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map. The location information may be sent to authorities for taking necessary actions and making policy decisions.

If you do not want the app to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application. However, if the service provided by the Application requires the location services using GPS technology, such services offered by the application will not be available to you.

We may disclose User provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

The App is designed, developed and maintained by Baker Tilly JFC Info Tech Private Limited for the Department of Agriculture, GoAP. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on this app, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the Department(s) and/or other source(s), and to obtain appropriate professional advice.

Under no circumstances will this Department be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this app. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

You must comply with App T&Cs as these apply to your use of the App and the Service T&Cs apply to your use of the Service that you access and use through the App. Any violation of these App T&Cs or the Service T&Cs may result in the termination of your access to the App and/or the Service. The App is for discharging the professional duties as assigned by the DoAg. Any commercial use will result in termination of your access to the app and service. You cannot distribute or copy or modify any part of it in any way.

You must not attempt to extract any source code from the App, disassemble it, reverse engineer or make any derivative versions, or attempt to interrupt or decipher the transmissions between the App and our systems.

The user of the app must not use the app for any of the following:

a. Unlawful, malicious or criminal activity;

b. Defamatory, harassing or threatening activity. This includes any information that you may add or upload to the app;

c. Create disruption in service for other users of the app;

d. You must not use the App in a way that may damage or impair the App, the Service or the underlying systems and security.

The App and all copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it belongs to Baker Tilly JFC InfoTech Pvt. Ltd which is fully licensed to DoAg for its professional use in delivering farmers and citizen services.

Copy Right Policy

Name, Logo and design of the app is subject to copyright protection. The content may be viewed/downloaded without requiring any specific prior permission as allowed by the DoAg, GoAP in order to discharging duties and delivering professional services as assigned to you. Any other proposed use of the material is subject to the approval of Department of Agriculture, GoAP. Application for obtaining permission should be made to Department of Agriculture.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

For refund of claims, the claimant should approach the respective Administration Department/Local Body for procedures. No automated refund facility available in this application.
